Meet Our Advisors
Nikki Smith-McGruder Carter ’00 studied business at Columbia College. She is the director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at MU Health Care. In 2019, she was recognized by COMO magazine as an Impact Leader for her work as then-executive director of the Inclusive Impact Institute. She lives in Columbia, Missouri, with her husband and children.
