Saturday, November 2

The inaugural Columbia College Alumni Service Day will take place Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019. It is a single day for alumni and friends to participate in local volunteer projects. It also happens to be Daylight Savings Weekend, giving us all an extra hour to spread good will across the nation.

What will you do with an extra hour?

No matter where you are, you can get involved in group or individual projects! Participants who have registered by Thursday, October 10, will be mailed a Service Day t-shirt.

  • Sign up for an existing volunteer project
Alumni volunteers have identified service projects in several cities to get us started. Join a group!
  • Organize an event
Tap in to your community's needs by creating a service project to host on November 2. Fill out a Volunteer Leader Form and we'll help to make it official.
  • Strike out on your own
Group projects will not be everywhere – but you are! Tell us your plans for November 2, and report your hours back to us.
