Meet Our Advisors
Courtney Lauer-Myers Steelman ’11 is an attorney practicing at Husch Blackwell LLP. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with Honors from Columbia College. After graduating, she worked for the Missouri Senate and on a statewide political campaign. She received her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Missouri School of Law. During her time at Columbia College, Courtney was involved in the volleyball program, mock trial team and served as president of the Student Government Association. She currently lives in a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband, Sam, their young son, Everett, and their pup, Palmer.
