Jeannie M. Rulo ’00 ’18
Columbia College-Jefferson City & Online Program
Centertown, Missouri

Jeannie Rulo is a two-time graduate of Columbia College. She completed an associate degree in General Studies at the Jefferson City location in 2000 and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies through the Online Program in 2018.

A state employee in Missouri for over 15 years, she is a program specialist working with child abuse and neglect prevention programs for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Office of Childhood. In addition to the CCAA Advisory Council, Jeannie serves on the college’s Women's History Month Steering Committee and is a member of the Cornerstone Club annual giving society.

She and her partner, Jerry Shannon, live near Centertown, Missouri. A freethinker, Jeannie is an advocate of women’s and children’s rights and credits her education at Columbia College as the foundation of her activism.
